This amazing mountain is with 3776 meters Japan’s highest mountain. Mount Fuji is in fact a volcano that last erupted in 1708. This truly beautiful land mark generates high volumes of tourism. Ueno Park is a large public park; its huge grounds provide many attractions to suit everybody’s tastes. The Parks pond (representing Lake Biwako) is surrounded be culture and on an island in the middle of the pond stands Bentendo, a temple hall full of history. Ueno Park also houses; Kaneiji Temple, Kiyomizu Kannon Temple, Tokyo National Museum, National Science Museum and Ueno Zoo. A definite must see when touring in Tokyo.
