Sports tours to Germany are very popular throughout the year. Germany is a fantastic destination with something for everybody, whether you are looking for a party filled weekend with the best clubs in Europe or an action packed weekend exploring the amazing history available. One thing you’re guaranteed of when you visit Germany is a competitive game against your hosting team.


DAY ONE
For a coach tour assemble at your clubhouse 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time as stated on your Tour Leader’s Pack. Board your privately chartered executive coach for the journey to Dover*. The ferry crossing to Calais will take approximately 80 minutes*, offering an opportunity to relax on board whilst transferring to the continent.

For a flight tour assemble at your departure airport two hours prior to your scheduled flight time as stated on your Tour Leader’s Pack, ensuring that all baggage allowances and check-in details have been adhered to beforehand. All flights to our European destinations are on an electronic ticket basis (e-ticket), requiring only your passports to check in. Board your flight approximately 40 minutes prior to departure and relax prior to arriving at your selected touring destination. 

Upon arrival in France you will continue your journey to your touring destination. After checking into your accommodation you will be free to explore your surroundings and relax after your day’s travel.

DAY TWO
Our traditional four-day European tours include a match on Day Two against local opposition.  Our aim is to provide you with a fixture in accordance with your touring team’s playing standard within an hour’s radius of your accommodation.  Following the game your team will enjoy post-match hospitality with your hosts prior to heading back to your accommodation.


DAY THREE
Touring teams differ in their match requirements whilst on tour.  Some teams aim to play on each free day whilst others prefer to relax and soak up the local attractions.  If your intentions relate to the former your afternoon will replicate Day Two.  If, however, you wish to see the sights on foot or take in a trip then please visit excursions to view our most popular activities and sights in your touring location.


DAY FOUR
Enjoy a final group breakfast prior to checking out of your rooms. For a coach tour your charted coach will collect you from your accommodation to commence the journey back to your clubhouse. For a flight tour you will be transferred  to your departure airport for the inbound flight.

Berlin

  • City Tour on Foot - featuring Brandenburg Gate, Hitler’s Bunker & Berlin Wall
  • City Tour by Bus – A sightseeing tour through the centre of the German Capital. Experience the history of the Berlin Wall and a visit the Checkpoint Charlie Museum is included. Also see the Tiergarten, the government sector, the Brandenburg gate as well as the Potsdam Square, famous shopping malls like Kurfürstendamm, Unter den Linden, Museums and the famous East Side Gallery too. This excursion takes about 3.5 hours.
  • Berlin Fernsehturm - The Berlin Television Tower has been marking the centre of Berlin since 1969. Amongst Berliners and their visitors from Germany or abroad, it is one of the most popular subjects for photographs, and is definitely well worth a visit. Upon entering the tower’s lift you will soar to an altitude of 200m in only 40 second where you will be able to see all across the city from the spherical glass ball that sits on top of the tower, spinning on its axis twice every hour. 
  • Karting - This 1km outdoor racing track is a great way to spend an afternoon with your group. You will have private use of the circuit for one hour in 9ps Honda engine carts, where you will be able to race against each other in a variety of different race formats. Special arrangements and catering are available for youth and school groups. 
  • Educational Visits - Berlin offers some great opportunities for excursions or sightseeing, whether it is taking in the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, or visiting parts of the city where the wall is still standing. Tours of the city are readily available by foot, open top bus or even by boat along the river Spree, with commentary given in English.

  • Michael Schumacher’s Karting Centre - If go-karting is your thing then surely there can be no better place to do it than the Michael Schumacher Kart and Event Centre. Both indoor and outdoor tracks available. 
  • Cologne River Cruise - Enjoy a relaxing day’s cruise on the river Rhine while enjoying the stunning landscape of the Rhine Valley.
